June 2003, I received the President Ronald Reagan Golden Medal Award for courage and bravery with a commitment to continue to promote the freedom around the world. Presented by the chairman of the republican party Tom Delay. I was absent due to a seriouness health condition.

February 18, 2000, I Received Cash Performance Award in recognition for Superior duty, teamwork, and customer service in processing and hiring 110 local security guards in a six month period. This Award presented was by Ambassador Kent M. Wiedemann.

On June 25, 1999, I received the Extra Mile Award in recognition for professional conduct, calm manner, and attention to duties at all times which contributed significantly to the safety of U.S government property and personnel during an anti-American demonstration on May 13, 1999. It was presented by Ambassador Kenneth M. Quinn and Mr. Phil Whitney, Regional Security Officer.

October 06, 1998 I Received Meritorious Honor Award in recognition of risking personal life to protect the U.S interests and its employees during a government crack down during the anti-election result demonstration by the opposition parties on September 07 to 15, 1998. Presented by ambassador Kent M. Quinn.

Aristion company dba Naga Resorts and Casions,

May 19, 1995, Received the Cash Award, Ariston Company Limited DBA Naga Resorts and Casions, the largest investor in history of Cambodia $1.6 billion. In recognition of high performance and was able to re-organize the Human Resource department and establish the central data base and payroll system, taxes system and its employees of 1300. Presented by Chairman of Liav, a Singaporean.

November 08, 1994, Recevied Cash Performance Award in recognition of sustained High Level Performance of Official duties. I was able to locate and recover $730,000.00 of misused funds since the established of U.S mission 1991 in Phnom Penh and created a simple system in financial department to track and record all expenditurse and unliquidated funds. This Award presented by Ambassador Charle W. Twining.

How to achieve my objective and goal ?

I work very hard in each assignment and listen to those who have suggestions and apply them to each solution.

Each job I applied for I was unqualified but i recieved the job becaus I was able to answer each question thourghley and was able to convice them that I was the right man for the job. Every job i applied for was sought out by many people but because of my determination i was able to win the job.

I believe each job will train me to stand before any situation that comes my way.

I made sure I was well prepared for every job before I started.

In every interview I responded to every question with the proper answer to get the job.

Today, i decided to join the junior political party that will eventually bring the pour democracy that Cambodia has to a place where no one is above the law and that everyone has equal rights.

I hope I will lead this party to where every Cambodian will be able to share their opions which will eventually fix all the problems that Cambodia has.

To start this party it has cost me nothing, but I will pass on what I have learned to make sure that this party and Cambodia will be successful.

As a chairman of KLKP, I have promise the KLKP and its suppoters that within six months, If I could not be able to gain some support from the International or local organizations, I will submit my self to them and allow them to debate about my performance and action then vote to change or remove me from leadership of the KLKP.
