PUBLIC SERVICE

Since I arrived the United States of America April 23, 2000 I helped arrest several criminals that were sent to jail. I am not allowed to be intimidated by the bad guy and I believe in justice system. These people deserve jail time because they do not look to better their lives and make this country a better place to live.

Everytime I make a decision to performe a citizens arrest I believe that I am helping the citizens of this great nation. If i do not act they are liable to hurt or cause harm to others. Therefore I believe that i am doing good for the greater part of this country.

I always make sure that everything I do is done within the law so that every criminal will not get off on a technicaliy.

I am always accessable to the law enforcement in my comunity so that crimes may not happen in my community.

I believe that every citizen has a right to protect themselves before the police arrive. If you do so others around you will be safe.

I served my country in Cambodia from 1987 to 2000.

I joined the resistance force to fight the Vietnamese troops in our beloved country. Until the peace accord was signed by the four parties in Paris on October 23, 1991.

I served in the United Nations Transitional Authority of Cambodia from 1992 to 1993. During that time I have helped recruite a lot of my friends from Thailand. I was able to help them to find jobs and better pay; where they have the opportunity to grow after the UNTAC finished it's mission. I helped organize our friends who suffer from the FUNCINPEC leaders who fogot them and have left them with no hope of getting a job or the basic needs to survive.
