 I organized and lead a strong guard force of 391 troops. Which required a budget of $750,000.00 to run, and it was considered a very effective force that was able to protect the Embassy and its employees from any threat. The reason for the success of this group was because of the following commitment:
1. The Embassy Executive committee which chaired the Ambassador and always endorsed my reform. I promised them that I could make a change within three months and if i failed i would resign, but they needed to support me with a reasonable solution. Thank you Robert Pons and Phil Whiteny who always wer at myside.
2. Education such as English Language Training and higher education to all guard forces.
3. Providing a better training to all guards about regulations, orders, how to responsd in case of an emergency , self defense, and the employee handbook before he or she is ready to deploy to duty of assignment.
4. An effective communication between Chain of Command and each guard to ensure our survival from everything related to work and our pay. It is a threat to eliminate the embassy and its contract to MPA security firm owned by American citizens worldwide. Me and my fellow troops were able to protect the embassy from September 1998 to May 1999.
5. Allow all Security Guards to report to a higher chain of command, if they believe they were unfairly treated. I had a black box in which each of our guards had every right to write a complaint aobut my actions or performance to the Embassy Executive Committee.
I was trained by a Financial Officer from Washington, DC 1994.
