Work Experiences

» 1980 to 1987 studying and worked as cleaner, pick up icecrap on the site and other job as a small boy can do to feet his stomach and family.

» Feb 02, 1987 to June 19, 1988 as battlefield fighter under commander Col. Keang Vang along Bueng Tonle Sap from Battambang to Siem Reap, Funcinpec Resistance Force.


» June 20, 1988 to October 15, 1989 as Math Teacher at site B camp for grade 4. I stayed in Pagoda.

» October 15, 1989 to Feb 02, 1990 worked for Voice of Khmer at Surin Province, Thailand under the leadership of H.E Lu Lay Sreng. FUNCINPEC VOICEs.

» FEB 02, 1990 to October 12, 1990 worked as assistant to Liason Officer, UNBRO at SURIN OFFICE.

» October 12, 1990 to May 10, 1991 worked as personal secretary to GEN. TEA BAN at Aranyapraphet district, Thailand, where I met and learned a lot from this position and I told my self I will do better them if I do have a chance to lead the chain of command.

» June 22, 1991 to July 31, 1993 worked as Personnel Clerk/Computer Trainer for UNTAC headquarter in Phnom Penh, My job here is collected all information related to manpower and prepare a statistic, actions, recruitment, investigate, payrolls, timesheet and other assignment relate to the Human Resource benefit. To provide computer training to newly arrival international staff and briefed them about our country. My life was completely changed at this stage because the UNTAC has given me hopes and an opportunity to grow with respects, I feel prouded as a young man and now able to train international staff how to operate the computer and I was enjoyed so much to worked at 16 hours a day and received overtime pay. I enjoyed a free flight to in-out the country with the UNTAC air service. I have an read and learn a lot from UN chapters of Human Resource policies in which its serve as my tools for the next job.


» August 01, 1993 to April 1995 worked for the United States embassy in Phnom Penh as an Budget Assistant. My first position was secretary to Administrative Office then promoted to Voucher Examiner, to Accounting Technician and finally as Budget Assistant.

» May 01, 1995 to July 1997 worked at Naga Casino Resorts as Human Resource Manager and later on promoted to VIP Coordinator. My job to re-organize this department and established the data of each personnel and to create a system that will reliable to our company and ensure the effectiveness of our manpower. Payroll to government officers and all level of employees.

» January 15, 1998 to April 23, 2000 worked at United States embassy as Local Guard Force Manager. My job to re-organize before it will shut down and left 189 men unemployment alonge with there family 670 members nothing to eat. This was my 2nd assigment after Naga Casino Resorts that need a very effective solution and able to satify every body who involved monitor the program. Instead, layoff and I requested to increase manpower to ensure the safety the U.S interests. I asked to increase funds and cost of operation included allowed all security guards able to seek high education and English and better training so it was very positive respond from everyone and endore my planned. I worked very closed with my supervisor the Regional Security Officer and keeping him inform every action that I about to start.

» July 01, 2000 to December 01, 2000 worked at Plastic Factory, Inc., in New Hampshier state, as general labor $6.30 an hour

» January 02, 2001 to March 15, 2001 worked at KL electronic, Inc., New Hampshier state as general labor $7.00 an hour.

» March 16, 2001 to April 1, 2002 worked at EZ staffing, Inc., as Director of Marketing and earn very good pay.

» April 2002 to present as self employed and owned Gas station with convenience store, payday loan and Check Cashing. and President of HNKBX, Inc.,

» June 2005 to present, Chairman of Phnom Penh Business Broker, Fort Worth, Texas. My goal to serve our community and wants to see our people able to own a business along with property and stop pay the rent. I believes I can change his/her life if they hire me as his/her broker or consultant. I do not wish to see our people being cheat by the broker and I can help them to avoid those problem because I have experience and I knew what I am doing, honest, loyalty, dignity to serve to them. It is importance, I have a stable income from other source.

I can not forgotten my comerade who died at Viel Srey Sronos during battle against the Vietnamese troop when my Unit under siege and instructed to surrender and we foght for freedom and we did dated Feb 22, 1987, Boeung Tonle Sap.

I have an opportunity to read English and earning more money because their sacrified. I can not forgotten the past but I determine to change the future for a better place to live and happy for everyone. This site honored those whose died for Freedom, Unity and Justice.
