1. My house is located at 5905 Clark Avenue, Lakewood, CA 906712 Current appriasal is at $750,000.00 and I owe the bank $ 475,000.00 and still have 27 years to go. This is an investment property.

2. My residence at 7577 Scarlet View Tr. Fort Worth, TX 76131, current appriasal $250,000.00 and I owe the bank $110,000.00 and still have 13 years to go.

3. My gas station with the convenience store at 3650 Altamesa Blvd. Fort Worth, TX 76133, has a current appriasal at $1,300,000.00 and I still owe the bank $680,000.00 and still have 21 years to go.

4. I have 2 cars a Honda Odessey 2001 and a Lexus RX350 2004 both paid off at value of $45,000.00

5. Life Insurance with a value of $1,500,000.00

6. Retirement savings plan for $ 1,000,000.00 at age 65 both me and my wife with a total value of $2,000,000.00

7. Ten Acres of land in Seam Reap province, Cambodia bought for $20,000.00 reserve for retirement or will be contributed to the poor.

8. Other investment value $ 120,000.00

9. Debt for credit cards $ 25,000.00

This area is rich of gas, mineral and oil and I just signed the contract with local to conduct a research and drill it, if I am lucky they will pay us 25% all of income. I planned to contribute part of this income to our KLKP and to ensure this principle will alive.

If something will happen to me while I am leading the KLKP and be killed or executed by a silence killer in any circomstance, My wife with four children will able to survive and my children will able to function like other kid and enough fund to spend for their University.

You never know what is going to happen in the next minute, so I need to prepare and will not let my family in harm way or suffering. I have enough experiences while I was a small boy and my family was so poor and sometime I returned from school no rice to eat and crying. My step father did not care us and he is very voilence to us. I was borned with loves, respects and know right or wrong but I could not stop him because he beaten me and kick me just like a ball. Sometime I asked GOD to help me and never see GOD came to help me.

I have ever never revenge him since I left my home and joined Funcinpec fighters and returned home after the peace agreement dated October 23, 1991. Because I believes he was not educated so I forggiven him and aske him to devoice my mother. He accepted and received $1,500.00. The reason I did, because I could not see my mother crying or be beating by man and no rule of law to prevent him.

I dream to be a lawyer and judge so that I will able to prosecute or be parted of law enforcement and make sure No One above the law and we must equals before the laws.
